When Women Heal, we all bloom.
Meet the hands and hearts behind this work.

We are so glad you are here.
…because there is an awakening happening among women. And you are a part of it.
We’re done playing the martyr. Let us stop waiting for the invitation to rest.. for the external validation that we deserve to rest.
You never need to prove to yourself or ANY one else that self care is deserved.
It is your birth rite to soak up every ounce of pleasure and nourishment you can. It is your birth rite to feel amazing inside and out.
You get to set the bar for what you’re worth in this life.

Communication is key to optimizing your massage appointment. With this in mind, my initial appointments begin with an open discussion about your needs, goals, and medical history, if applicable.
Slow and intentional pressure opens the door for your muscles and my hands to participate in a conversation of sorts. This back and forth type of feedback tells the nervous system you are safe on a deep subconscious level, and allows the body to feel heard, which initiates the release of pent up tension in the body. By creating the right circumstances through technique, pressure, pace, and other factors, we can facilitate your body’s own healing response.
Guided breath work, verbal cues, and energy exchange are used to help you achieve the maximum benefit from our work and help you achieve your goals.
My experience as a yoga teacher provides me a unique opportunity to offer you specific recommendations for stretches or yoga postures at the conclusion of our session, designed to help them maintain the benefits achieved from our work on the table. My experience as a doula, and my passion for empowering women to recognize their innate magic as gatekeepers and creators, helps guide my practice with pregnant and postpartum clients.

My philosophy with this work is to meet my clients where they are at. No two massage sessions are the same because the body isn’t the same from day to day. I listen to both what the body says and what the client is telling me, sometimes they align and sometimes they don’t. I help the body heal itself and aid in a better quality of life for my clients through intuitive bodywork and client empowerment.
