    Massage Therapist, Founder

    Slow and intentional pressure opens the door for your body and my hands to participate in a conversation of sorts. This back and forth type of feedback tells the nervous system you are safe on a deep subconscious level, and allows the body to feel heard, which initiates the release of pent up tension.

    My experience as a birth doula and yoga teacher helps guide my massage practice with women in all stages of Motherhood. Prenatal, Postpartum, and beyond.

    Jayna is a Licensed Massage Therapist with a natural affinity for hands-on work, rooted in her background as a musician, artist, and horticulturist. She specializes in custom-tailored sessions that bridge the gap between deep structural relief and profound relaxation.

    By alternating intentional, deep intensity with smooth, rhythmic flow, Jayna designs each session around your specific therapeutic goals.
